SIE Merchandise Store Canada Site Launch Information

Sony Canada employees will be able to login to siemerchandise.com and choose your region (US or Canada). Access will be given to Sony employees (contract and FTE) via Microsoft AD SSO, and you will be able to find our SIE Merch chiclet in your OKTA apps.

If you are part of one of the below studios, you will be instructed to login using username/password credentials since you are not on Microsoft.

The wait is almost over - the SIE Merch Store is coming to Canada on FEB 19TH, 2026!

Details:

Coming next month for our Canada friends - you will be able to login to siemerchandise.com and choose your region (US or Canada). Haven Studios - you will be instructed to login using a username/password set up since you are not on Microsoft.

The last day to order PlayStation product on the Canada Family Center will be Monday, Feb 2nd by 8pm EST / 5pm PST. All orders must be submitted by then, because the site will be decommissioned as we transfer product to our new website for launch on 2/19.

We are so excited to announce that the SIE Merchandise Store will be expanding to Canada!

Coming soon for our Canada employees - get ready to gear up with your favorite merch and shop online at siemerchandise.com. Access will be given to Sony employees (contract and FTE) via Microsoft AD SSO (or username/password for those PSS employees who are not on Microsoft). Upon logging in, you will be able to choose your region (US or Canada), and choose English or French translation.

There will be a period of transition off of the current PlayStation Family Center website (familycenter.ca.sony) and onto the SIE Merch site, so please continue to check this tab for updated transition and blackout dates.

Go live dates on the SIE Merchandise Store site will be announced over the next few weeks, so please keep an eye out for more information.

Canada Family Center Notice

Important update regarding Canada Family Center site - Electronics.

The New Canada Family Center is now live.

Visit our new Sony Electronics Family Center at https://familycenter.electronics.sony.ca/en and start by creating your account today. All employees will need to register on the new site.

Instructions for accessing the site can be found under Sony Active Employee Registration. Please note any unused store credits will not be moved to the new electronics store until you have created your account on the new site.

If you have any questions, please go to our Contact Us page where you will find our FAQs, employee and retiree logon instructions, and how to get support if you run into issues.

Additionally, stay tuned for updates on the Canada SIE Merchandise site expansion – coming soon. This will be an exciting addition to our Family Center offerings.
